Who we are

Fantecelli General Services has been building and rebuilding in Massachusetts since 2015. We take on the projects that need a single accountable contractor — permits, trades, schedule, inspections and the final walkthrough — instead of a homeowner trying to coordinate six subcontractors from a kitchen table.

Everything we do is covered by general liability insurance and workers' compensation, and we hand you the certificate before the first tool comes off the truck.

Complete project management from concept through final inspection. We pull the permits, schedule and supervise every trade, keep the site to code, and give you one person to call when you have a question. You approve the scope and the price up front, and any change gets your signature before it gets your money.

Re-build

Taking a property that has failed — through water, fire, rot, settlement or simple age — and putting it back better than it was. Massachusetts housing stock is old, and most of it was built before the codes we build to now. We open it up, document what we find, and rebuild it properly rather than hiding the problem behind new drywall.

Insurance

Fully insured, and we prove it before we start.

Most of the horror stories homeowners tell about contractors come down to one thing: an uninsured crew on the property. If someone is hurt on an uninsured job, or the work damages the structure, the liability lands on you and your homeowner's policy.

We carry general liability coverage and workers' compensation on every job, and the certificate of insurance goes to you in writing before the first day of work. You can verify it directly with the carrier. We would rather you did.
