Yes. The site visit and the written estimate cost nothing, and there is no obligation to book afterward.
What should I have ready?
The property address, a few photos, and any inspection report or insurance paperwork you already have. Rough measurements help but are not required.
Do I need to be there for the visit?
For the estimate, yes — walking the space together is how the scope gets accurate. During construction we arrange access whichever way suits you.
Can you send the insurance certificate first?
Yes, and we prefer it. The certificate is issued in your name before the first day of work, and you are welcome to verify it with the carrier.
How small a job will you take?
If it needs a permit, a structural repair or coordination between trades, it is our kind of job regardless of size.
Do you work outside these three states?
Occasionally, for existing clients. Call and we will tell you straight whether the travel makes sense for your project.
